You can teach or work in more than one studio with one Trio login. You can have a different role in each studio, for example owner of your own studio and teacher in another.
A studio adds you with an invitation. The email has the subject "You've been invited to (studio name) on Trio".
You keep the same email, phone number and passkeys. To invite someone to your own studio, see Team Management.
When you belong to more than one studio, Trio shows Select a studio after you sign in, until you choose one. Each card shows the studio name and your role there. Click a studio to open it.
Trio remembers your choice. The next time you sign in, it opens the same studio.
Switch Studio shows only when you belong to more than one studio.
You work in one studio at a time. Trio shows only the studio you are in: its students, families, lessons, billing, messages and reports. The studio name shows at the top of the page.
What you can see and do follows your role in that studio. For example, an owner sees Owner Settings in their own studio but not in a studio where they are a teacher.
These are separate in each studio:
These belong to your login and are the same in every studio:
An AI assistant that you connect reads only the studio you were in when you approved it. See Connecting AI Assistants.
A parent with children at two studios uses the same Select a studio page and the same Switch Studio item in their user menu. See Family Members, More Children and Student Logins.
