Week in Review is a weekly recap of your studio's activity. Every Sunday evening Trio sends each staff member an email, a notification-bell entry, and an optional push notification, each linking to a persistent report you can reopen any time.
Trio generates the report every Sunday at 7 p.m. in your studio's timezone. It summarizes the completed week (Sunday through Saturday) and previews the coming week. Trio skips a quiet week with no activity, no follow-ups, and no upcoming lessons, so an empty report never lands in your inbox.
The email carries the same figures as the in-app report, without any dollar amounts. Open the report from the email button, the bell, or Week in Review in the teacher portal.
The Week in Review history page lists your past reports, newest first. Open one to see:
Each card links into the matching area of Trio - the attendance report, the lesson worklist, or billing - with the report's dates carried into the destination where it supports them.
Trio rechecks your role each time it sends and each time you open a report, so the report always matches your current access. Historical figures are frozen when the report is generated; follow-ups and the week ahead refresh when you open the report and carry an "as of" time.
Week in Review is on by default. To stop receiving it, open Notification Settings and turn off the Week in Review topic. Push notifications also require push to be enabled and a registered device. Turning the digest off stops the email, bell, and push together.
