There are three places to get help: the help articles, your studio, and Trio. This article tells you which one to use for each question.
Tap your photo or initials at the top of the screen to open your account menu, then tap Help. The family help center opens, with articles about your schedule, bills, practice and messages. You do not have to sign in to read the help articles, so they can also help you when you cannot sign in.
Your studio runs your lessons and sends your invoices, so ask them about a lesson time, a charge on an invoice, or your family's details. Open Messages and tap the New message button to write to your teacher or studio. See Messaging Your Teacher & Shared Lesson Notes.
Open your profile and tap Change phone number. Trio texts a code to the new number to check it. See Your Family Profile.
You sign in with your email, so you cannot change it on your profile. To change the email you sign in with, or to delete your account and its data, email Trio. The address is in the Privacy Policy, under "Your Rights and Choices".
Your studio can change the contact email it keeps for you. That change does not change the email you sign in with.
If you get texts from Trio, reply HELP to any of them. Trio texts back with how to reach Trio support. Reply STOP to stop texts. For what each text means, see Texts and Emails From Your Studio. To choose which texts you get, see Notification & Communication Settings.
If your sign-in link or code does not arrive, see Signing In to Trio.
