The Billing page is where you keep up with what your family owes and make payments. It shows a summary at the top and your list of invoices below.
At the top of the page, a summary panel shows your current balance and whether autopay is set up. Below it, the Invoices list shows each invoice with its amount and status. Invoices can be sent, partially paid, or paid, so you can tell at a glance which ones still need attention.
Tap an invoice to open its details. The invoice view shows the line items that make up the total - for example monthly tuition or fees - along with the amount paid and the remaining balance. You will also see the payment history for that invoice, so you can confirm past payments.
When your studio accepts online payments, an invoice you owe shows a Pay option. Paying opens a secure payment screen where you choose one of your saved cards or bank accounts - or tap Add card or bank account to add a new card or, when your studio supports it, link a bank account (ACH). Depending on your studio's setup, the screen may also offer one-time options such as Cash App Pay or Apple Pay / Google Pay; these are used for a single payment and are not saved for autopay. Partial payments are supported, so you can pay what you are able to now and the rest later.
Bank (ACH) payments take a few business days to clear. While one is in progress, the invoice shows that amount as processing and the remaining Amount due now updates accordingly - so you are never asked to pay the part that is already on its way.
If autopay is already set up for an invoice, Trio shows a note letting you know it is scheduled to be charged automatically - you can still pay it manually now if you prefer.
If a student is on a prepaid lesson package, the Billing page shows a Package balance card (and your dashboard shows a matching tile). It counts the lessons you have left and how many of those are already booked on the calendar - for example "6 of 10 lessons left, 5 scheduled". When the booked lessons will use up the package, the card also says about when it runs out.
When your studio allows it, the Package balance card shows a Buy another package button for each package. It is highlighted when your balance is running low. Tap it and Trio sets up the next package of the same plan, starting today, and takes you straight to the pay page for its invoice. Your studio is told about the purchase, and the lessons already on your current package are used first - the new package only starts being used after the current one runs out.
If you already have an unpaid package invoice for that plan, the button takes you to that invoice instead of creating a second one. If your studio does not accept online payments through Trio, you will see the payments-unavailable note with a link back to the invoice - pay your studio the way you usually do.
Not every studio accepts online payments through Trio. If your studio does not, you will see a note that payments are unavailable here, and you can still view your invoices and balance. In that case, pay your studio the way you usually do - they can tell you how.
